Location
Guest Ratings & Reviews
I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, right by the Prinsengracht canal, and the rooms, although small, oozed charm and coziness, truly capturing the essence of Amsterdam. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay.
The hotel offers outstanding service with friendly staff always ready to assist efficiently, although some requests may be forgotten occasionally. The rooms, while maze-like and lacking space, are kept freezing even when the heating is on. The location is central and convenient, perfect for exploring the city, with unique features like a broad courtyard for relaxation. The dining experience is fantastic with a great variety of choices. However, some aspects can be overpriced.
The hotel was a luxurious and quiet oasis in the middle of a busy city. The rooms were spacious, clean, and filled with lovely touches like a cocktail bar, robes, slippers, and all the amenities you could need. However, my room was placed on another floor despite my clear request for proximity.
The hotel offers a mixed experience with rooms showing signs of wear and inconsistency in quality, alongside professional and helpful service. The location is fantastic for exploring Amsterdam, but noise from construction can be a disturbance.
The hotel rooms were cool and quirky, well-stocked with lovely toiletries and complimentary amenities, but the noise from the street and a constant annoying sound were a drawback. The service was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The location, although within walking distance of major centers, was overpriced. The dining options were fantastic but not up to the standard expected. The facilities were at par with the luxurious feel of the hotel.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were lovely and very quiet, providing a comfortable sleep away from any noise. The service was outstanding, with the staff making every effort to ensure our stay was pleasant. The location couldn't have been better, right on the canals surrounded by boutiques and excellent dining options. The dining experience was excellent, offering a tasty selection of dishes. However, the cost may be a bit high for some travelers. Overall, a great hotel with fantastic amenities and a perfect location.
The hotel has a quirky charm with delightful rooms but lacks views despite the price. The service is top-notch, yet a bit condescending in offering additional services at a cost. The location is ideal, nestled between historic canals in a safe neighborhood. The dining experience is a mixed bag, with impressive selections but lacks warmth. The facilities cater to essential needs but could use an upgrade in certain areas.
